Better Derbyshire Dales Fund

Derbyshire Dales Council for Voluntary Service (DDCVS) is currently administering a pot of funding on behalf of Derbyshire County Council, Derbyshire Dales District Council and North Derbyshire CCG.

The funds are to support the work of new or existing community groups or organisations that are working within the Derbyshire Dales and are in need of capital or revenue funding.

Grants awarded are up to £1,000 (revenue) for running costs such as consumables, insurance or sessional worker fees.

Groups can also apply for up to £5,000 (capital) for fixed, one-time expenses such as changes to a building or outdoor space, materials or equipment.

The Fund will support, amongst other things, projects that demonstrate community benefit by improving the local environment, developing or regenerating local communities or improve energy efficiency of venues.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: Friday 2nd February 2018
